The registration is done through the following link:

  • Early registration is extended until 31st July 2026.
  • Standard registration will remain open until 3rd October 2026.
  • The gala dinner is optional and has an additional cost of €75 per person. Please note that the deadline to register for the gala dinner is 15th September 2026.

The registration fee includes conference materials, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners during the conference days. The gala dinner must be paid for separately.

Registration is mandatory for abstract evaluation.

Registrations without a presentation are also welcome

GRANTS

Grants to partially or fully cover the event registration fee are available for students and NMR facility staff. Applicants for financial aid will not be required to pay the registration fee until the grants decisions have been announced. (Deadline for grant applications: 30th June)

ABSTRACT SUBMISION

The deadline for oral communication submissions is 30th June, and for poster 24th July

The abstract must be sent by email to germn2026@outlook.com as a Word document, indicating whether the presenting author prefers an oral communication or a poster presentation.

Some poster presentations will be selected for flash communications. The file name must include the name of the presenting author, the type of contribution (O = oral, P = poster) and the two topics that best describe your abstract. For example: J.Smith_O_microfluidics_otherNuclides.doc
