• Early registration is available until 24th July 2026.
• Standard registration will remain open until 3rd October 2026.
• The gala dinner is optional and has an additional cost of €75 per person.

The registration fee includes conference materials, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners during the conference days. The gala dinner must be paid for separately.

There is also the possibility to apply for a travel grant for students and technicians. Once the application has been evaluated, payment of the registration fee should then be completed.

Registration is mandatory for abstract evaluation.

Registrations without a presentation are also welcome

ABSTRACT SUBMISION

The deadline for oral communication submissions is 12th June, and for poster 24th July

The abstract must be sent by email to germn2026@outlook.com as a Word document, indicating whether the presenting author prefers an oral communication or a poster presentation.

Some poster presentations will be selected for flash communications. The file name must include the name of the presenting author, the type of contribution (O = oral, P = poster) and the two topics that best describe your abstract. For example: J.Smith_O_microfluidics_otherNuclides.doc
